Minjun Kang

I am a researcher and entrepreneur working at the intersection of generative AI and biology. As Co-Founder & CTO of Noah’s Farm in Singapore, I lead the development of N-Palette, a proprietary generative AI system that designs novel flavor molecules at the chemical level.

I am concurrently a Ph.D. in Medicine (2027) at Seoul National University, where I develop Transformer-based generative models for GPCR ligand discovery in cardiovascular regeneration. I previously completed my M.S. in Medicine at SNU, graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian, and hold a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from CHA University.

My research has been selected as one of the Top 5 Medical R&D Projects in Korea (KHIDI, 2025) and the National R&D Excellence Top 100 (MSIT, 2025). I serve as a peer reviewer for Springer Nature Q1 journals and am a Professional Member of the American Heart Association.
